We define small business as a business that has some or all of the following attributes: • annual sales of more than $30,000 • between 1 and 5 employees • a rented office or a home office • registered for GST/HST or payroll deductions or WCB • more than 20 transactions in a month • is incorporated We specialise in providing turnkey bookkeeping and accounting solutions to small business. You have the choice of the type and or the level of service. Basically we offer two different types of service: 1. Services based on an hourly rate 2. Fixed rate service package You may choose the type of service that suites your business best. Services based on an hourly rate This is the traditional way that accountants charge for their time. Every hour spent on your affairs is charged for. The charge out rate per hour depends on the difficulty of the work and varies from $40 and hour to $90 and hour. Fixed rate service package For a fixed monthly fee, starting at $299 per month ($3,600 a year), we provide the following services: • Unlimited guidance and consultation - at our office, by phone or at your office (within reason) • Monthly bookkeeping, receipt scanning and electronic receipt filing - a peace of mind computerized bookkeeping service electronically stored on our servers • HST/GST filings - quarterly or annual filing

• Income tax - annual filing of your statement of business activities and T1 - Personal tax return. We ask that you sign a service contract with us. The contract can be terminated at any time, without penalty, by either party with a month’s written notice. Each month you send us your receipts, bank statements, credit card statements etc. We process them and send them back to you. You can call or email us with any questions concerning your business and its included in your monthly fee. The monthly fee also includes a monthly review of your financial position. No extra’s. Now you know exactly how much your accounting services are going to cost you and they’re tax deductible. Payment Payment for the service is easy and simple.
